• 2.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ approval of the Agreement between Levy County and Aclarian for Budgeting Software and Budget Consulting Services using National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) State Contract Pricing.

• 3.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ approval of the lowest responsive responsible bid received for ITB_2025_008 (Bird Creek Boat Ramp Phase II) to Shore Builders Inc., in the amount of $448,340.00 and the Form of Agreement.

• 4.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ approval to (1) purchase OpenGov Software for the Building Department, Planning & Zoning and Code Enforcement, and (2) approval of the OpenGov Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

• 6.Presenting the LCDPS FY2024 Fourth Quarter Department Review.

• 7.Presenting the FY2024 Fourth Quarter Write-offs to the Board for approval.

• 8.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners approval of the attached Budget Amendment to appropriate reserves to cover the increased cost of tower rental/lease for the countywide communications system.

• 9.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to 1.) adopt RESOLUTION NUMBER 2024-89 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 IN THE AMOUNT OF $75,000 DUE TO ADDITIONAL REVENUE FROM A STATE CPTA GRANT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 2.) Approval of the Community Planning Technical Assistance Grant Agreement between Levy County and the Florida Department of Commerce (Agreement No. P0525) 3.) Approval of the Comprehensive Plan Data and Analysis Task Assignment 2024-11.

• 10.Requesting the Levy County Board of Commissioners adopt Resolution Number 2024-85 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 IN THE AMOUT OF $2,500,000 DUE TO ADDITIONAL REVENUE FROM AN FDOT GRANT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

• 11.Requesting the Levy County Board of Commissioners adopt Resolution Number 2024-86 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED CONVEYING ADDITIONAL RIGHT OF WAY ALONG LEVY COUNTY ROAD 502 (aka NE 180th AVENUE) TO THE COUNTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

• 12.Requesting the Levy County Board of Commissioners adopt Resolution Number 2024-87 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED CONVEYING ADDITIONAL RIGHT OF WAY ALONG LEVY COUNTY ROAD 110 (aka NE 40th STREET) TO THE COUNTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

LEVY COUNTY SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT – Travis Newsome, Assistant Director

• 13.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ approval (1) of Quote Number 129123-1 from Ring Power for the repair of the Bulldozer in the amount of $39,235.85 (2) approval to appropriate reserves (contingency) in the amount of $39,236.00.
