• 3.PUBLIC HEARING: Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ adoption of Ordinance No. 2021-013 as it relates to the “Property Rights Element” to be adopted and added to the Levy County Comprehensive Plan.

• 4.PUBLIC HEARING: Petitioning the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’, McMillen Surveying representing John and Elizabeth Thibodeau  for a Preliminary Plat to Re-plat Tract 21 of Starting Point. Said parcel is located within Section 16 and 21, Township 14, Range 19 and has a zoning of ARR/Agricultural Rural Residential (10ac minimum). Said parcel contains 24.275 acreas.
