BUSINESS OR INFORMATIONAL ITEMS:

LEVY COUNTY COMMISSIONER - Desiree Mills, District 3

• 1.Direct staff to prepare a resolution to declare the Elkins Road Boat Ramp in Inglis as surplus real property and to donate said property to the Town of Inglis.

LEVY COUNTY MANAGER – Mary-Ellen Harper, County Manager

• 2.Approve Change Order Proposal #02 to Payne Construction Group for $7,132.40 to pour a new 4” slab that will replace areas in front of the Government Center that are currently asphalt.

• 3.Award ITB_2025_026 Levy County Courthouse Renovations Phase 1 to Gainesville Commercial Contractors, Inc. for $406,869.

• 4.              Direct staff to work with the Interim County Attorney to explore the County’s options to terminate the lease at the Levy County Forestry Camp and bring back a recommendation to the board.

• 5.Appoint at least eight but not more than eleven members to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.

LEVY COUNTY DEVELOPMENT – Bernard “Bo” Cox, Provisional Building Official

• 6.Approve TASK AMENDMENT NO.1 TO TASK ASSIGNMENT 2025-2: for New Location for Stormwater Retention Pond from Locklear for $8,535.

LEVY COUNTY FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION – Jason Rivera, Director

• 7.Approve Budget Amendment to relocate $150,000 from Reserves for Contingencies to support Planning Professional Services provided by North Florida Professional Services, Inc.

• 8.APPROVE RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025–2026 BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,642,236 TO RECOGNIZE INSURANCE PROCEEDS AND STATE GRANT REVENUES, APPROVE INTERFUND TRANSFERS, AND APPROPRIATE FUNDING FOR MULTIPLE CAPITAL PROJECTS, AND GRANT-FUNDED PROJECTS; PROVIDING CERTAIN FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

LEVY COUNTY GRANTS – Kari Bastow, Grants and Finance Manager

• 9.Approval of the Deferred Payment Loan Agreements and Promissory Note in the Amount of $30,000.00 for the SHIP Housing Strategy of Purchase Assistance for Michael Zovak to Cover Closing and/or Down Payment Costs as Evidenced in the Approved Levy County Local Housing Assistance Plan 2025-2026.

LEVY COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS - Matt Weldon, Director

• 10.Direct the Water Department Staff to write off $335.02 in uncollected water utility charges.
