LEVY COUNTY MANAGER – Mary-Ellen Harper, County Manager

• 1.To approve a request for $5,306 from the Cedar Key Fire Department for the purchase of a mobile radio for Brush 75.

LEVY COUNTY DEVELOPMENT – Bernard “Bo” Cox, Provisional Building Official

• 2.To approve the award of ITB_2025_021 Levy County Development Services Office Building Reroofing to J Key Roofing for $338,210.00.

LEVY COUNTY LIBRARY – Connie Conley, Division Director

• 3.To approve the State Aid to Libraries Grant Agreement between the State of Florida, Department of State and Levy County Board of County Commissioners for and on behalf of the Levy County Public Library System, in the amount of $59,507.00.

LEVY COUNTY MAINTENANCE - Doug Partin, Director

• 4.Request approval for the Public Works Department to purchase two commercial lawnmowers from Lanes Yardware for a total amount of $27,078.

LEVY COUNTY SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT – Travis Newsome, Assistant Director

• 5.Approve Amendment No. 2 to agreement No. SC520 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to extend the grant period to December 31, 2025, to allow for delivery and payment of equipment ordered before September 30, 2025.
