• 7.Information - PETITION NO SE 22-01: On Monday, October 3, 2022 The Levy County Planning Commission continued to a date certain, Petition No. SE 22-01 for further consideration and requested that the Petitioner provide additional information at their November 7, 2022 meeting and that staff will re-advertise/re-notice the Petition before it comes to the Board of Levy County Commissioners meeting in December.

• 10.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ approval to reappoint Marlon Gayle to represent Levy County on the Central Florida Community Action Agency (“CFCAA”) Board of Directors for the period of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.

• 11.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ approval and the Chairs signature on four letters urging Congress to advance legislation protecting Federal Health Benefits for pre-trial detainees.
