BUSINESS OR INFORMATIONAL ITEMS:

LEVY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY – Mitch Harrell, Director

• 1.The Professional Services Committee (consisting of the Director of DPS, the Assistant to the Director of DPS, and the Office Manager of DPS) will hold public meeting(s) to discuss and score the proposals received in response to RFP-2025_003-0-2025/LCB EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES (EMS) BILLING AND INITIAL COLLECTION SERVICES. The Professional Services Committee will then interview at least the top three highest ranked proposers but may choose to interview additional proposers. The Committee will conduct the interviews and will prepare a final ranking to recommend to the Board.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:

     - Complete Public Comment Form and submit to the Board Chairman
     - Approach podium, speak clearly into the microphone and state your full name and address
     - Comments will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes per person
