• 1.PUBLIC HEARING: Requesting a conditional use approval from the Levy County Board of County Commissioners' for a Solar Power Generating Facility located east of Chiefland.  This project encompasses 14 parcels of varying acres with a total of 715 in all.

LEVY COUNTY COORDINATOR – Wilbur Dean

• 7.Approval for Meridian to reapply for the Criminal Justice, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse reinvestment Grant (CJMHSA), authorization for the Chair to sign the Grant Agreement, when completed, approval for the Grant Agreement to be returned for ratification by the Board and approval of an updated Letter of Commitment.

• 8.Direction from the Board to proceed with the selection of one or more franchises for Solid Waste Services.

• 9.Requesting Board approval for the extension of the 2020 5311 Public Transportation Agreement.

LEVY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY – Mitch Harrell, Director

• 10.Requesting the Board’s approval and the Chair signature on Resolution 2021-015 and acceptance of the County Award Grant from the Department of Health.

• 11.Requesting the Board to ratify the Medicaid Provider Agreement and the Fingerprint Exempt Form for the Medicaid renewal.
