BUSINESS OR INFORMATIONAL ITEMS:

LEVY COUNTY MANAGER – Mary-Ellen Harper, County Manager

• 1.Approve a noncompetitive procurement for the Courthouse Security Camera Project not to exceed $80,384.80.

• 2.Receive a presentation from Florida League of Cities regarding RFP_2026_04 Levy County Property, Casualty & Workers’ Compensation Insurance.

• 3.Receive a presentation from Public Risk Management regarding RFP_2026_04 Levy County Property, Casualty & Workers’ Compensation Insurance.

• 4.Award RFP_2026_04 Levy County Property, Casualty & Workers’ Compensation Insurance to Florida League of Cities, Inc.

• 5.Appoint two elected officials, one representative from the Williston Municipal Airport, and five local industry leaders representing key sectors of Levy County’s economy to the Economic Development Advisory Board.

LEVY COUNTY COMMUNITY SERVICES - Katie Holder, Coordinator

• 6.Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a letter of support for Rebuilding Together North Central Florida’s application for USDA Housing Preservation Grant funding.

• 7.Approval of the Deferred Payment Loan Agreement and Promissory Note in the amount of $30,000.00 under the SHIP Housing Strategy of Purchase Assistance for Bryan and Myresha Lee to provide assistance with eligible closing costs and/or down payment costs, as authorized by the approved Levy County Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) 2025-2028.

LEVY COUNTY DEVELOPMENT – Bernard “Bo” Cox, Building Official

• 8.Approve RESOLUTION 2026-32:  A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, VACATING A PARTIAL PLAT OF WILLISTON PARK RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 PAGE 18 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA PETITION PV 26-01.

• 9.Approve a noncompetitive procurement to Passero Associates for $60,000 for a Development Services Fee Study.

• 10.Award ITB_2026_11 Levy County Lift Station & Sanitary Sewer Improvements to WH Construction, LLC for $198,785.00.

LEVY COUNTY FACILITIES – Doug Partin, Facilities Manager

• 11.Award ITB_2026_10 Roof-Department of Public Safety to Rogers Roofing Corp. in the amount             of $35,000.

LEVY COUNTY FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION – Kari Bastow, Interim Director

• 12.Appoint Katie Holder, Community Services Coordinator, to serve on the North Central Florida Homeless Continuum of Care (CoC) Leadership Council as the representative of the Levy County Board of County Commissioners.

• 13.Reappoint Leslie Sturmer as the Aquaculture Representative to the RESTORE Act Advisory Committee, in accordance with Resolution 2020-001, for a term expiring March 5, 2028.

LEVY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY – Mitch Harrell, Director

• 14.Approve the purchase of two (2) Power Pro Stretchers in the amount of $69,078.72 from Stryker as quoted under the Sourcewell Contract Solicitation #041823 in accordance with Sec. 2-200(c) of County Code.

• 15.Approve the purchase of two (2) LUCAS 3 CPR Devices in the amount of $42,213.30 from Stryker as quoted under the Sourcewell Contract Solicitation #041823 in accordance with Sec. 2-200(c) of County Code.

LEVY COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT – Don Clifton, Director

• 16.Request approval of Resolution 2026-27 for setting a public hearing date to consider the petition for the closure and abandonment of an undeveloped portion of the public right-of-way known as SE 110th Terrace, located within the Cannon Homesites Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 7, of the Public Records of Levy County, Florida, and authorize the publication of the required public hearing notice.

LEVY COUNTY SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT – Travis Newsome, Assistant Director

• 17.Approve the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Scope of Work Agreement for the FY 2026-2027 Waste Tire Amnesty Days.

• 18.(1) Rescind the previously authorized purchase of a 2026 Ford F-150 Crew Cab from Duval Ford in the amount of $48,066.00 due to manufacturer production delays; and (2) Approve the purchase of a replacement 2026 Chevrolet 1500 Crew Cab from Hardy Chevrolet in the amount of $46,334.03 utilizing the Florida Sheriffs Association Light Vehicle Contract FSA25-VEL33, contract term October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2027.

LEVY COUNTY TOURIST DEVELOPMENT - Catrina Sistrunk, Director

• 19.Approve the 2026-2027 Levy County Visitors Bureau Marketing Plan.
