• 1.Any portion of a meeting at which a respondent makes an oral presentation, answers questions, or engages in negotiations as part of a competitive solicitation is exempt from the public meeting requirements in Section 286.011, Florida Statutes and S. 24(b), Article I of the Florida Constitution.

  Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners conduct interviews with/hear presentations for RFQ_2025_002– DESIGN OF THE LEVY COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY COMPLEX.

• 2.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to rank the respondents to RFQ_2025_002– DESIGN OF THE LEVY COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY COMPLEX and authorize negotiations in the order of ranking.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
