BUSINESS OR INFORMATIONAL ITEMS:

LEVY COUNTY MANAGER – Mary-Ellen Harper

• 1.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ approval of the renewal with New River Technology for one (1) of the three (3) additional one (1) year terms. This renewal will extend the term of the Agreement through September 21, 2025.

LEVY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY – Mitch Harrell, Director

• 2.Requesting approval from the Levy County Board of County Commissioners' and the Chair’s signature on the Levy County Department of Public Safety (EMS) Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN).

• 3.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners' approval and the Chair’s signature on the Public Consulting Group (PCG) Emergency Services Agreement between PCG and Levy County.

• 4.Requesting the Levy Board of County Commissioners' to review Legislative Ordinance No. 2024-4 for approval regarding Revisions to Lot Splits:

  AN ORDINANCE OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 50 (LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE) OF THE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATED TO THE DIVISION OF LAND; BY REVISING SEC. 50-600 TITLED “GENERAL REQUIREMENTS” FOR LOT SPLITS;  PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO THE CLERK AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
