• 2.Ratify the THIRD EXTENSION OF EMERGENCY DECLARATION AS DECLARED BY RESOLUTION NUMBER 2026 – 10:  DROUGHT AND WILDFIRE CONDITIONS (2026).

• 3.Ratify the FOURTH EXTENSION OF EMERGENCY DECLARATION AS DECLARED BY RESOLUTION NUMBER 2026 – 10:  DROUGHT AND WILDFIRE CONDITIONS (2026).

• 4.To receive Second Quarter Fiscal Year Quarterly Report for January  1 – March  31, 2026.

LEVY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY – Mitch Harrell, Director

• 5.Approve the EMS write-offs for the first half of FY2026 per Resolution 2012-27

LEVY COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT – Landon Harrar, Manager

• 6.Adopt ORDINANCE NUMBER 2026-1: AN ORDINANCE OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA RELATED TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT; BY CREATING A NEW CHAPTER 27 TITLED “ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT”; BY DELETING DIVISION 2. TITLED “ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AD VALOREM TAX EXEMPTION” WITHIN ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 86; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE; PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO THE CLERK AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

• 7.Approve Resolution 2025-76: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS; AUTHORIZING DISPOSITION OF SAID SURPLUS PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

LEVY COUNTY TOURIST DEVELOPMENT - Catrina Sistrunk, Director

• 8.Requesting a signed letter of support for the Original Tourism Task Force’s application for the Rural Regional Development Grant from the Florida Department of Commerce.

LEVY COUNTY COMMISSIONER – Charlie Kennedy, Vice Chair, District 1

• 9.Authorize the Chair to sign an Engagement Letter with KutakRock to provide Levy County with legal services in support of the Development Department, including planning and zoning, code enforcement, and the building official.

LEVY COUNTY GRANTS – Kari Bastow, Grants & Finance Manager

• 12.Receive a presentation from Justin Leech, President and Chief Executive Officer of Habitat for Humanity of the Nature Coast.

• 13.Receive a presentation from Nathan Kennedy, PhD, Senior Project Scientist with Dewberry, regarding the Levy County Vulnerability Assessment.

• 14.Participate in a public workshop on the Levy County Adaptation Plan, hosted by Nathan Kennedy, PhD, Senior Project Scientist with Dewberry, and provide an opportunity for public input.
