• 2.Presenting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ with the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Program Annual Report.

LEVY COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING – Stacey Hectus, Director

• 3.PUBLIC HEARING- Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners' adoption of Ordinance No. 2022-1: Amending the zoning map atlas by rezoning certain real property consisting of 60 acres more or less generally located at the intersection of NE 172nd Court and NE 35th Street, Williston, Florida. From forestry rural residential (F/RR) to single family (RR-2); due to applicant Shell Pond, LLC requesting a change of zoning on Parcel No. 0434900000.

  This item will be moved to the Tuesday, January 18th BOCC meeting at 6:00 pm since it was already noticed via signs and letters to surrounding property owners however due to an oversight at the local paper the legal ads were never ran.

• 4.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners' adoption of Ordinance No. 2022-2: Amending the zoning map atlas by rezoning certain real property consisting of 24.04 acres more or less generally located at 21431 NE 25th Street, Williston, Florida from forestry rural residential (F/RR) to single family (RR-2); due to applicants James and Jill Westbrook, requesting a change of zoning on Parcel No. 051500400 and Parcel No. 05150040A

  Ordinance 2022-2 will be moved to the January 18,2022 Board Meeting at 6:00 PM due to an oversight at the local newspaper. The legal ads were never ran. This was noticed to the surrounding owners via signs and letters to be presented at the January 4, 2022 Board Meeting but because the ads were not run it has to be postponed to January 18,2022.
