LEVY COUNTY COMMISSIONER - Desiree Mills, Chair

• 1.Requesting the Levy Board of County Commissioners approval of AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO TASK ASSIGNMENT 2023-4 to Kimley-Horn and Associates in an amount not to exceed $40,500.

LEVY COUNTY MANAGER – Mary-Ellen Harper

• 2.Requesting the Levy Board of County Commissioners approve a list of ten Commissioner Priorities for calendar year 2025.

LEVY COUNTY GRANT COORDINATOR – Brooke Smith

• 3.Appoint Tamara Boyle as the School Representative to the RESTORE Act Advisory Committee per recommendation by the School Board of Levy County on 02-11-2025 at the School Board meeting.  Renew Denny Voyles-Tourism Industry Representative and the three Citizen Representatives: Jolie Davis, Kim Wheeler, and Dr. Richard Streeter appointments to the RESTORE Act Advisory Committee per Resolution No. 2013-50.

LEVY COUNTY PARK AND RECREATION - Matt Weldon, Director

• 4.REQUESTING THE LEVY COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ APPROVAL OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO TASK ASSIGNMENT 2024-6.

LEVY COUNTY TRANSIT - Connie Conley, Director

• 5.Requesting Board approval of Resolution 2025-9. A Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Levy County, Florida, amending the final budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 in the amount of $181,500 due to additional revenue from a FTA Section 5339 grant for capital purchases; and providing an effective date.
