LEVY COUNTY SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS - Tammy Jones

• 3.Approve the relocation of the Precinct 3 Election Day polling place from the Bronson Dogan Cobb Building to the Bronson First Baptist Church.

LEVY COUNTY COMMISSIONER - Charlie Kennedy, District 1

• 4.Receive a Presentation from Doug Cliche about Data Centers.

LEVY COUNTY COMMUNITY SERVICES - Connie Conley, Director

• 5.Requesting Board Approval of Resolution 2026-17. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND SUBMISSION OF  A GRANT APPLICATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AND   ASSURANCES TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEVY COUNTY; DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES AND A COUNTY PROJECT MANAGER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

LEVY COUNTY MANAGER – Mary-Ellen Harper, County Manager

• 6.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to approve the contract renewal with New River Technology for the third of the three additional one-year terms. This renewal will extend the term of the Agreement through September 21, 2027.

• 7.Approve a Scope of Work and direct staff to issue a Request for Proposal for Legal Services

  Or

  Authorize the Chair to sign a contract with W.O. “Brett” Beauchamp, III, to serve as the County Attorney, and 2. Authorize GrayRobinson to transition County Attorney legal services to Mr. Beauchamp by July 31, 2026.

LEVY COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT – Landon Harrar, Manager

• 8.Authorize County Manager to sign a letter of support for the North Florida Economic Development Partnership and their application for the 2026 Regional Rural Development Grant.

LEVY COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT – Leatha Keene, Director

• 9.Approval of the property site for the construction of the new Emergency Management                     Operations Center (EOC) from 319 Mongo Street, Bronson to 601 N. Court Street, Bronson.

• 10.Authorize the Chair to execute the Additional Services Authorization #001 – Civil Fee Proposal.

LEVY COUNTY ENGINEER – Tom Strom

• 11.Approve Task Assignment 2026-06 between Levy County and Infrastructure Consulting & Engineers, LLC in the amount of $246,469.00 for engineering and design services for the CR 346 (NW 140th Street) from SR 55 (US 19) to US 129 project.

LEVY COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT – Don Clifton, Director

• 12.Approve entering into contract with Maine Drilling and Blasting for the provision of drilling and blasting services at the Gulf Hammock Rock Quarry.

• 13.Request approval of a noncompetitive procurement with Foundation Services of Central Florida for roadway base stabilization repairs on County maintained Highway C40 E., Inglis, Florida, in the amount of $198,600.00, and authorize the County Manager to execute all related documents.

LEVY COUNTY DEVELOPMENT – Bernard “Bo” Cox, Provisional Building Official

• 14.Approve ORDINANCE NUMBER 2026-02: AN ORDINANCE OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA RELATING TO THE COUNTY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT AND PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT; BY AMENDING APPENDIX B “SCHEDULE OF FEES, RATES AND CHARGES”; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO THE CLERK AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

• 15.Approve a noncompetitive procurement of VuSpex Virtual Inspection Program Software for $13,379.  

• 16.PUBLIC HEARING: Ordinance Number: 2025-10: AN ORDINANCE OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE INFRASTRUCTURE ELEMENT, THE CONSERVATION ELEMENT, AND THE  INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATION ELEMENT OF THE LEVY COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BASED ON AN UPDATED REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY PLAN AS REQUIRED BY SECTION  163.3177(6)(C)4, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING DIRECTION TO THE CLERK AND COUNTY STAFF; AND  PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATES.

• 17.PETITION NO. TA 26-02: A request by Levy County, for a Text Amendment to   section 50-700 General Use Table, of the Land Development Code of Levy County for a chart amendment to add Retail Store more than 15,000 sq. ft. and make corrections for Solar facilities use according to Florida Statute 163.3205

• 18.Quasi-Judicial PETTION NO. CZ 26-01: Laura Jones, agent, on behalf of the property owner, City of Williston, for an Amendment to the Zoning Map Atlas (Rezoning), petitioning the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to amend the zoning map atlas for an approximate 24.53-acre parcel, from Industrial to Public Facilities, according to levy County Land Development Code. Parcel Number(s) 0503700000.

• 19.PETITION NO. TA 26-04: A request by Levy County for a Text Amendment to the Land Development Code to Sec.50-382 Off-street parking and loading spaces modification of the number of parking spaces require and parking schedule. Also an amendment to Sec.50-706 Accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with a minimum sq. ft. require and be detached from the principal dwelling. Also an amendment to Sec.50-601 Types of lot splits to include Boundary Line Adjustment

• 20.PETITION NO. TA 26-03: A request by Lorenzo’s Paradise Marketing LLC for a Text Amendment to Sec.500-700 Generally; Use Table to add “Self Storage RV/boat storage facility” to the zoning district use table as a permitted use in the Rural Mixed Use (RMU) zoning district.
