• 4.              Requesting approval to reappoint Chason Peck of District 5 and David Shewey of District 1, to the Board of Adjustments.

• 5.              Requesting approval to appoint/reappoint the following people to the Planning Commission:  Thomas J. Harper of District 2 (reappointment), Karen Smith of District 1 (reappointment), John Lott of the School Board of Levy County (reappointment), and Kelly Bishop of District 5 as an alternate (appointment).

LEVY COUNTY TRANSIT - Connie Conley, Director

• 6.              Requesting Board Approval of Resolution 2020-051, authorizing the signing and submission of grant application for a grant under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act and the Application for Federal Assistance SF-424 form for this grant.

• 7.              Requesting Board Approval for  Resolution 2020-055 amending the final budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020

LEVY COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT – Alice LaLonde, Administrative Manager

• 8.   Requesting Levy County Board of Commissioners for approval for Cedar Key FAA CARES Funding Application.  On April 14, 2020 the Cedar Key Airport is eligible for funds the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (Public Law 116-136).  These funds will assist airports address the COVID-19 public health emergency.

LEVY COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT - John MacDonald, Director

• 9.             Present Ratification of Emergency Declarations 2020-046 and 2020-052

• 10.              Approval of the Memorandum of Agreement between The Florida Division of Emergency    Management and Levy County
