2. Approval of the Minutes for the Regular HDC meeting held on May 19, 2026.

3. HDC-R20260085 for 409 Prince George Street submitted by William Rice. Applicant is seeking to remove the holly tree. The tree removal is a requirement of the electrician and BGE. The tree is in the way of the new line and work to be done on the electrical upgrade.  The tree is not dead, the tree is still alive, an arborist is not needed. The tree dead or alive needs to be removed to install a new electrical line and box to the house.

4. HDC- R20260105 for 412 Montgomery Street submitted by Elizabeth Welsh. Applicant seeking to construct an addition to rear of house. Will match existing house. White vinyl siding plus gray, 3-tab roof shingles. 6 over 1 window also burgundy trim.

5. HDC-R20260101 for 515 Montgomery Street submitted by Kevin Stroud. Applicant is seeking to replace roof due to damage. Intent is to replace roof with same color shingles, but upgrade to a higher quality architectural shingle like other surrounding properties to increase expected life.

6. HDC-R20260100 for 607 Montgomery Street submitted by Kevin Stroud. Applicant is seeking to replace roof due to damage. Intent is to replace roof with same color shingles, but upgrade to a higher quality architectural shingle like other surrounding properties to increase expected life.

7. HDC-2026-0018 for 352 Main Street submitted by Adebayo Bello. Applicant is seeking retroactive approval to install rear wooden steps painted black and white for upstairs egress, install a black wooden fence to enclose trash bin.

         Tax Credits:

HDC-2026-0030 and HDC-2026-0041 for 407 Montgomery Street, submitted by Gabrielle A. Whitefield for replacement of 2 White Double-Hung, Modified Colonial 6 over 6 windows with same White Double-Hung Modified Colonial 6 over 6 windows. The material cost was $67,910.00; proof of payment $67,910.00 and tax credit amount is $6,791.00

           Staff Approvals:

HDC- R20260079 for 933 Montgomery Street submitted by Cory McAndrews. Request to repair exterior siding damaged by vehicle impact. Remove existing asbestos siding and replace in-kind with new, code-compliant siding materials to match existing appearance. Includes minor exterior repairs as needed.

HDC-R20260090 for 109 Brashears Street submitted by James and Monica Hyde. Request to replace/repair broken wall, fence slats, front step concrete, all in kind.

HDC-R20260092 for 613 Prince George Street, submitted by Janine Shaffer. Request to repaint trim on house in kind colors.
