    Details: This purchase is through the North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association Vehicle Procurement Program Contract #26-12-0909. This vehicle will assigned to the Electric Department for daily operational use. The vehicles were quoted under state contract pricing.

    Recommended Action:
    Approve the Purchase of One (1) 2026 Ford F-150 4x4 SuperCrew Cab XL Trucks from Parks Ford in the Amount of $42,906.45

    Details: This purchase is through the North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association Vehicle Procurement Program Contract #26-12-0909. This vehicle will be assigned to the Water Resource Department. The vehicles were quoted under state contract pricing.

    Approve the purchase of One (1) 2026 Ford F-150 4x4 SuperCrew Cab XL Truck from Parks Ford in the Amount of $42,906.45

  3. 2.3Consider the Approval to Purchase a 2026 Ford F-250 4x4 SuperCab XL with Royal Service Body, from Parks Ford in the Amount of $59,470.63, for the Water Resources Department

    Details: The vehicle will be utilized by the Water Resources Department for daily operational, maintenance, and emergency response activities throughout the Town’s water and sewer system infrastructure. The service body configuration will provide staff with the ability to securely transport tools, equipment, and materials necessary for field repairs, utility maintenance, inspections, and response to water and sewer emergencies. This vehicle will support the department’s continued efforts to improve efficiency, reliability, and response times while maintaining critical infrastructure services for the residents of the Town of Landis. Pricing for the vehicle was obtained through the North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association Vehicle Procurement Program Contract #26-12-0909, utilizing competitively bid state contract pricing.

    Recommended Action: Approve the Purchase of a 2026 Ford F-250 4x4 SuperCab XL with Royal Service Body from Parks Ford in the Amount of $59,470.63 for the Water Resources Department.

  4. 2.4Consider the Approval of the Purchase of a 2025 Ford F-550 4x4 Super Cab with Royal Service Body from Parks Ford for the Street Department for $89,714.78

    Details: One (1) 2025 Ford F-550, The vehicle will be utilized to support daily street maintenance and operational activities, improving the department’s ability to efficiently maintain town infrastructure and provide services to the community. The vehicle was quoted through the North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association Vehicle Procurement Program Contract #26-12-0909 utilizing state contract pricing. 

    Recommended Action: Motion to Approve the Purchase of One (1) 2025 Ford F-550 4x4 Super Cab with Royal Service Body from Parks Ford for the Street Department in the Amount of $89,714.78.
