Details: Direction is requested from the Board of Aldermen regarding both pricing and design elements for DCFL merchandise. Staff has obtained preliminary vendor quotes that include production costs. Establishing a sale price will support cost recovery and may generate revenue to benefit the DCFL park. Suggested resale pricing has been included in the agenda packet for the Committee's review.

Recommended Action: Motion to recommend _____ pricing for the DCFL merchandise sales and _____ t-shirt color(s). 

2.2Consider Discussion of Stump Removal at the DCFL Park, Including Contracting the Service Externally for Removal or Grinding, or Renting Equipment to Complete the Work In-House

Details: Staff has obtained the following quotes for consideration: stump removal from Axtraction in the amount of $3,000; stump grinding from Stinger’s Stump Grinding in the amount of $2,650; equipment rental from Sunbelt for a one-day rental in the amount of $1,527.40; and equipment rental from Sunbelt for a weekly rental in the amount of $3,325.12.

Recommended Action: Motion to recommend ________ for the removal or grinding the stumps.
