9.NEW BUSINESS (ACTION ITEMS)

  1. A.Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Agreement Between Governing Bodies of Fremont County establishing a distribution framework for the potential economic development tax associated with the proposition exclusively for commercial air service, public ground transportation, and emergency medical services, to be placed on the 2026 Primary Election ballot for consideration of the qualified voters in Fremont County, WY, on August 18, 2026, provided that the agreement shall have no operative effect unless and until the qualified voters approve the proposition, election results are certified, and the tax is lawfully imposed and collected.

  2. B.Approve Resolution 1387 Amending Resolution 1358 Fees and Utility Rates for Water and Wastewater Service for July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027

  3. C.Approve Resolution 1388, The City of Lander Fee Schedule 2026-2027 A Resolution Replacing Resolutions 1359.

  4. D.Approve Resolution 1390 Authorizing Open Containers on  July 4, 2026, within the Lander City Limits.

  5. E.Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with the University of Wyoming and Lander Parks and Recreation. 

  6. F.Approve S 26.02 Gannett Peak Estates Phase 2 contingent that the final plat not be filed until the infrastructure construction is completed, inspected and approved by the City Engineer, or the owner provided the required collateral in accordance with 4-9-4.3 O. 

  7. G.Authorize staff to enter and pay bills and claims listed on the City of Lander Fiscal Year Transition Payment Authorization,  on July 1, 2026, for expenses properly attributable to the 2026–2027 Fiscal Year.
