A.Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Agreement Between Governing Bodies of Fremont County establishing a distribution framework for the potential economic development tax associated with the proposition exclusively for commercial air service, public ground transportation, and emergency medical services, to be placed on the 2026 Primary Election ballot for consideration of the qualified voters in Fremont County, WY, on August 18, 2026, provided that the agreement shall have no operative effect unless and until the qualified voters approve the proposition, election results are certified, and the tax is lawfully imposed and collected.
