A.TCRPC will give a brief presentation to provide background and context to the public outreach and planning effort underway to consider development alternatives and strategies for the City and CRA owned parcels in downtown Lake Worth Beach. Particular attention will be given to the sites on K Street and 1st Avenue South and between L and M Streets south of Lake Avenue. This joint board presentation is intended to engender discussion and input.
