1. 1.The Arbor Phase 2 (PD26-0109). The Commission is requested to release the current Subdivision Bond for The Arbor Phase 2. (Cooper)

VI.NEW BUSINESS

1. 1.Plainview Street Rezoning (REZONE26-0262). The Commission is requested to send a positive recommendation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen in support of the rezoning request from R-1B to R-2. (McMurray)

2. 2.Brickyard Village Amended Preliminary (PD26-0252) The Commission is requested to grant approval for an amendment to the Brickyard Village Preliminary Plat. (Cooper)
