• 6.KETCHUM URBAN RENEWAL ACTION ITEM: The Ketchum Urban Renewal Agency will review, discuss and direct staff to prepare documents authorizing funding to prepare design plans for subterranean parking at 1st and Washington Avenue and potential amendments to the ANE with Wood River Community Housing Trust - KURA Executive Director Suzanne Frick
