CONSENT AGENDA:  Note: (ALL ACTION ITEMS) The Council is asked to approve the following listed items by a single vote, except for any items that a Councilmember asks to be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately.

• 1.ACTION ITEM:  Authorization and approval of the disbursement of funds from the City's treasury for the payment of bills in a total sum of $1,314,216.40., as submitted by Shellie Rubel, Treasurer.

• 2.ACTION ITEM:  Accept Contract #22012 and authorize an expenditure not to exceed $25,000 for Strategic Parking Consulting Services, as submitted by Jade Riley, City Administrator.

• 3.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to approve Contract #22007 for Allington Law, as submitted by Jade Riley, City Administrator.

• 4.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to approve Contract #22010 for Blaine County Housing Authority, as submitted by Jade Riley, City Administrator.

• 5.ACTION ITEM:  Contract #22013 with the vendor Covered, as submitted by Jade Riley, City Administrator.
