• 1.ACTION ITEM:  Approve minutes of August 2, 2021.

• 2.ACTION ITEM:  Authorization and approval of the payroll register, as submitted by Shellie Rubel, Treasurer.

• 3.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to receive and file the Treasurer’s financial reports, as submitted by Shellie Rubel, Treasurer.

• 4.Authorization and approval of the disbursement of funds from the City's treasury for the payment of bills in a total sum of $ 1,152,168.45., as submitted by Shellie Rubel, Treasurer.

• 5.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to approved Alcohol Beverage Licenses, as submitted by Genoa Beiser, Deputy Treasurer.

• 6.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to replace City Code per Resolution 21-014, as submitted by Tara Fenwick, City Clerk. 

• 7.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to approve Purchase Order #20679 with Integrated Technologies, as submitted by Tara Fenwick, City Clerk. 

• 8.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to approve a Communications Facility Lease with Sun Valley Company and authorize the mayor sign the lease, as submitted by Bill McLaughlin, Fire Chief.

• 9.Recommendation to approve Change Order #8, as submitted by Bill McLaughlin, Fire Chief.

• 10.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to approve Encroachment Agreement #20645 with Idaho Power for infrastructure on Bald Mountain Road and Warm Springs Road, as submitted by Suzanne Frick, Director Planning and Zoning.

• 11.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to approve Encroachment Agreement #20653 with Idaho Power for infrastructure on River Street, as submitted by Suzanne Frick, Director Planning and Zoning.

• 12.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to approve Encroachment Agreement #20656 for a snowmelt driveway at 116 Sage Road, as submitted by Suzanne Frick, Director Planning and Zoning.
