• 1.ACTION ITEM:  Approve minutes of June 28, 2021.

• 2.ACTION ITEM:  Approve minutes of July 6, 2021.

• 3.ACTION ITEM:  Authorization and approval of the payroll register, as submitted by Shellie Rubel, Treasurer.

• 4.ACTION ITEM:  Authorization and approval of the disbursement of funds from the City's treasury for the payment of bills in a total sum of $589,995.69, as submitted by Shellie Rubel, Treasurer.

• 5.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to receive and file the Treasurer’s financial reports, as submitted by Shellie Rubel, Treasurer.

• 6.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to approved Alcohol Beverage Licenses, as submitted by Genoa Beiser, Deputy Treasurer.

• 7.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to Approve Purchase Order #20662 for Truck and Bed Trailers, as submitted by Brian Christiansen, Streets and Facilities Director. 

• 8.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to Approve Release of Easement #20674, as submitted by Suzanne Frick, Director Planning and Zoning.

• 9.ACTION ITEM:  Resolution #21-008 to approve extension of franchise with Clear Creek Services, as submitted by Jade Riley, City Administrator.

• 10.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to approve contract #20676 with System Tech – Integrated Technology Solutions for low-voltage data wiring at the new City Hall, as submitted by Jade Riley, City Administrator.

• 11.ACTION ITEM:  Recommendation to approve contract #20675 with Apex Systems for access control system installation at the new City Hall, as submitted by Jade Riley, City Administrator.
