• 4.ACTION ITEM: Review and discussion of proposed FY23 budget, and direction to staff schedule a public hearing on the proposed budget.

• 5.ACTION ITEM: Review and adoption of Resolution 22-URA09 to amend the KURA reimbursement policy as recommended by the KURA Subcommittee.
