  5. e.Adjourn to Closed Session Pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(e) for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session - Amendment to Development Agreement 2024-PL-02 Central Block Development.
