  2. b.Return to Open Session for possible action.

  3. c.*Adjourn to Closed Session Pursuant to 19.85(1)(c) to discuss employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee - Employee resignation.

As  such, all members or a majority of the City’s Standing Committees will likely be in attendance.  While members of the Common Council or any Standing Committees may participate in  discussions, only the Common Council will take formal action.
