4.Verify that mandatory training requirement has been met.

5.Receive Assessment Roll and Sworn Statements from the City Assessor including review of major class comparisons and assessment/sales ratio.

6.Appearances and Sworn Testimony by any property owners and/or their representatives who have filed a written objection for their 2023 Property Assessment.

7.Discussion/Decision on Objections filed by Property Owner(s).

8.Discussion/Decision on 2023 Assessment Rolls for Outagamie and Calumet Counties.

9.Adjourn.
