    RECOMMENDATION:  TO APPROVE TRANSFERING FUNDS TO APPROPRIATE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (CIP): AURORA HARBOR IMPROVEMENT, STATTER HARBOR WAVE ATTENUATOR AND TAKU HARBOR IMPROVEMENT AS PRESENTED.
