Tlingit Haida Regional Housing Authority (THRHA) requests a preliminary plat approval for the first 25 lots (phase one), of a 46 unit single-family/multi-family development in a D18 zone.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Planning Commission adopt the Director’s analysis and findings and approve the preliminary plat with conditions and plat notes.
