1. 4.Montana Creek Area Plan Comments presented by M. Elfers- The 35 Mile Riding Park received a conditional use permit in January.  Staff is now working on a management agreement that will be considered under an ordinance by the Assembly in May.  A grant application to replace the Montana Creek Bridge at the end of Montana Creek Road was submitted to the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) funding.

   The public comment period is open through March 29 at 5pm for the Montana Creek Area Plan. Staff is seeking comments on the plan from the PRAC.
