On a Public Majority Vote of Council Members Constituting a Quorum, the Town Council May Enter into an Executive Session pursuant to ARS ยง 38-431.03(A)(3), (4), and (6) discussion or consultation with the attorney or attorneys of the public body for legal advice; to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding contemplated litigation or settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation; or negotiations with members of a tribal council
Discussion and direction to counsel regarding the Gila River Adjudication, Maricopa County Superior Court - In Re The General Adjudication of All Rights to Use Water, in the Gila River System and Source (W-1, W-2, W-3, W-4), and in Re Subflow Technical Report, Verde River Watershed (W1-106), and any other legal issues regarding the Town's water supply and access thereto.
