3.NEW BUSINESS

  1. A.The applicant is requesting approval for a lot combination, combining lots: 401-07-128A and 401-07-127A (804 Hampshire) for Tom Lopez

  2. B.The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for conditional use in the AR zone to allow small events at the Powder-Box church (105 Douglas Rd.). This use is conditional and requires a CUP.

  3. C.The board will discuss the ZO framework and organization with a focus on examples from other municipalities.

4.NEXT MEETING ITEMS

  1. A.The Zoning Administrator will update the board to future and ongoing projects.
