Discussion/Possible Action

1. A.Conduct a Public Hearing on the 2026-2027, Town of Jerome Budget and Tax Levy

   Council will conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2026-2027, budget and tax levy for the Town.  Any taxpayer may appear and be heard in favor of, or against, any proposed expenditure or tax levy.  No increase in the tax levy is proposed. 

3.ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
Discussion/Possible Action

1. A.Consider Resolution No. 689; A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Jerome, Arizona, Adopting the Budget for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2027

   Council will consider and may approve Resolution No. 689.

4.ADJOURNMENT

The Town Council may recess the public meeting and convene in Executive Session for the purpose of discussion or consultation for legal advice with the Town Attorney, who may participate telephonically, regarding any item listed on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(3). The Chair reserves the right, with the consent of Council, to take items on the agenda out of order.
