2.ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
Discussion/Possible Action

1. A.Consider Resolution No. 697; A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Jerome, Arizona, Authorizing the Sale, Issuance, and Payment of Sewer System Bond Anticipation Notes in an Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed $3,802,000

   Council will consider and may approve Resolution No. 697.

3.NEW BUSINESS
Discussion/Possible Action

1. A.Discussion and Possible Staff Direction Regarding the Costs and Subsequent Financing of the WWTP Upgrade and Impact on User Fees (Rates)

   Council will discuss and may provide staff direction.

4.ADJOURNMENT

The Town Council may recess the public meeting and convene in Executive Session for the purpose of discussion or consultation for legal advice with the Town Attorney, who may participate telephonically, regarding any item listed on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(3). The Chair reserves the right, with the consent of Council, to take items on the agenda out of order.
