1.Approval of Minutes

  1. A.Approval of the minutes from the Executive Council meeting held on January 3, 2022.

2.Personal Appearances

  1.     Date of Lease:  Date of Consent to December 31, 2026Legal Description:  A parcel approximately 100 feet in depth by 150 feet of frontage located at Mississippi River Mile 487.1 in Scott County, Iowa.
    Purpose: Barge loading and unloading of petroleum products. 
    Annual Fee: $938.00
