Authorizes the Director to enter into a contract for Canal Algae maintenance to control growth and maintain water.
Extend and increase the not-to-exceed amount of the contract agreement with Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP for legal services relative to ongoing litigation at the Towne & Terrace housing complex.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT / INCENTIVES:
Authorizes and approves a grant of unobligated funds on deposit in the Fall Creek-Citizens Consolidated TIF Fund to the Department of Metropolitan Development, to implement a sidewalk and alley improvement project impacting Alley 750 East and East 19th Street, in an amount not to exceed one hundred forty nine thousand dollars ($149,000.00).
Authorizes the expenditure of up to three million six hundred thousand dollars ($3,600,000) from the 86th Street and Zionsville Road Allocation Area Fund for reimbursement of eligible costs to the City for public improvement projects within and connecting to the allocation area.
