RULES OF PROCEDURE
This Strategic Planning Session is not a Public Hearing. No member of the public or interested party has the right to make a presentation or address the Council on an item under consideration.
During the Strategic Planning Session, the Council will primarily discuss and debate items which may be considered at a future City Council Meeting.
