  1. A.The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments regarding Hyrum City’s Storm Water Management Plan.

  1. A.Shaun Bushman, CVTD - To update the City Council on the CVTD.

11.INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES

  1. A.Resolution 23-01 - A resolution authorizing a City Councilmember to automatically succeed to the position of Mayor Pro Tempore.

12.OTHER BUSINESS

  1. A.Consideration and approval of a culinary water line upsize on 1300 East.

  2. B.Consideration and award of bid for the South Cache Valley Connector Study.

  3. C.Mayor and City Council reports.
