  1. A.Blake Leonelli, Waste Management - To discuss options for green waste services.

10.INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES

  1. A.Resolution 23-18 - A resolution supporting the Board Apportionment of the Cache Valley Transit District in compliance with Utah Code 17B-2a-807 effective January 1, 2024. 

  2. B.Resolution 23-19 – A resolution setting electrical power monthly service fees and power rates for all customers receiving electrical power from the Hyrum City Municipal Power System.

11.OTHER BUSINESS

  1. A.Consideration and approval of appointments to Senior Center Board.

  2. B.Set date for a workshop with Planning Commission to discuss updating Hyrum City's General Plan.

  3. C.Discussion and decision on maintenance and liability of the dirt road at 2200 West Highway 101 to 400 North.

  4. D.Consideration and award of bid for installation of tailings for trail on Little Feeder Ditch and Hollow Ridge Road; and Canyon Parking Lot & Retaining Wall.

  5. E.Consideration and award of bids for the 2023-2024 Road Projects.

  6. F.Consideration and approval of Hyrum City as the Contractor for the 900 West Road Rebuild Project. 

  7. G.Consideration and approval of an agreement between Questar Gas Company dba Dominion Energy Utah and Hyrum City for a Natural Gas Facility. 

  8. H.Mayor and City Council reports.
