  1. A.Maria Magdalena Sanchez-Rogue - To request approval of home occupation business license at 279 West 20 North for house cleaning services.

  2. B.Chad Wright, Nibley City Recreation Director - To discuss Hyrum City's participation in Nibley City's sporting events, and to ask Hyrum City's participation to help fund a study in regards to a new indoor recreation center in Nibley.

10.INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES

  1. A.Resolution 23-22 - A resolution authorizing Board Member Stephanie Miller to receive compensation for service on the Board of Directors of the Utah Local Governments Trust.

  2. B.Resolution 23-23 - A resolution requesting the recertification of the Hyrum Justice Court.

  3. C.Resolution 23-24 - A resolution restricting commercial vehicle through traffic at 1025 West between Highway 101 and 400 North.

  4. D.Resolution 23-25 - A resolution declaring certain Hyrum City equipment (2000 SILSC1 Chevy Pickup, 1999 GM4GK3 Chevy Pickup, and a Utility Bed as surplus and order the sale or disposal thereof.

11.OTHER BUSINESS

  1. A.Consideration and approval with conditions for the release of warranty funds for Hidden Valley Estates Phase 2.

  2. B.Consideration and appointment to the Hyrum Library Board.

  3. C.Consideration and approval of the Hyrum, Nibley, and Millville representative for the Cache Valley Transit District Board of Directors. 

  4. D.Open and Public Meetings Act Training.

  5. E.Mayor and City Council reports.
