  1. A.To receive public comments regarding proposed amendments to Chapter 15.56 (the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance) of the Hyrum City Municipal Code to further comply with requirements and regulations of the National Flood Insurance Program. 

10.SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS

  1. A.Andy Rasmussen, Langdon Group - To discuss the set up of the Bear River Watershed Council in pursuant with the Utah Watershed Council Act of 2020.

  2. B.Travis Parker, Boy Scouts of America Troop 47 - To present an annual report on the activities and volunteer work completed by BSA Troop 47. 

11.INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES

  1. A.Resolution 23-09 - A resolution amending the Hyrum Civic Center Rental Fees and Deposit Schedule.

  2. B.Resolution 23-10 - A resolution setting the Hyrum City Skateboard Park Rental Fee and Deposit Schedule.

  3. C.Ordinance 23-01 - An ordinance repealing and reenacting Chapter 15.56 Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance of the Hyrum City Municipal Code.

12.OTHER BUSINESS

  1. A.Consideration and award of bid for the 2022- 2023 Culinary Water Projects.

  2. B.Consideration and award of bid for 4600 South Culinary Water Line Extension Project.

  3. C.Consideration and approval of an agreement with Cache County for Fire Personnel.

  4. D.Mayor and City Council reports.
