5. E.Status of FY26 board budget - Caitlyn Gendusa, Staff Liaison

   Potential purchase with extra funds:

   Edible garden signage & designation at Grove Street Park (part of current stormwater restoration project). Edible plants include: Persimmon, Paw Paw, Spicebush, Highbush blueberry, and Elderberries

   Educational signage: ~$4,500

   Matching funds to Build Hendersonville awarded project - likely not an option since project won't be completed until next fiscal year

6. F.Vote on FY27 Budget - Caitlyn Gendusa, Staff Liaison

7. G.Sustainability Hero Award planning

   Confirm City can start promoting award program & designate ESB member to be point of contact

8. H.SDS maintenance schedule - Virginia Tegel, Member
