    - Follow up on Virginia's question - Synthetic pesticides and herbicides are not used on stream restoration projects unless in uncommon applications to address invasive species.

    Note - City leadership has been meeting on refining process of new board members and there should be an update on the new protocol in the next few months. Also with the notebook for new members also consider refining onboarding meeting/protocol.
