Pursuant to Section 551 of the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given of a Regular Meeting of the Hutchins City Council to be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Hutchins City Hall Council Chambers, 400 N. JJ Lemmon Road, Hutchins, Texas, at which time the following items will be discussed and considered.

C.CITIZEN COMMENTS - This agenda item provides an opportunity for citizens to address the City Council on any matter that is not posted on the agenda. Anyone wishing to address the City Council should complete a Citizen Comments Form and submit it to the City Secretary prior to the start of the City Council meeting. There is a three (3) minute time limit for each citizen to speak. However, in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council cannot discuss issues raised or make any decision at this time.

1. 1.A proposed Planned Development (PD) presented by Cynthia Mickens Ross to develop a community hub located at 302 W. Palestine which has approximately 3 acres of site area.

Conduct a public hearing, discuss and consider a request by David Petree with Blue Sky Surveying & Mapping, representing the property owner Mack Prioleau with BC Wintergreen LP for a replat of Carpenter Industrial Park Section One, Tracts 1 & 2, Block B, 6.9151 acres of land located in the S.C Atterberry Survey, Abstract NO. 18, West of Vanderbilt Road and North of Della Road, more commonly described as 720 West Wintergreen Road.

   B. Open Public Hearing and Receive Comment.

   C.
