Pursuant to Section 551 of the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given of a Work Session and Regular Meeting of the Hutchins City Council to be held on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at Hutchins City Hall Council Chambers, 400 N.
