Pursuant to Section 551 of the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given of a Called Meeting of the Hutchins City Council to be held on Monday, December 18, 2023, at 6:00 PM located at Hutchins City Hall Council Chambers, 321 N. Main Street, Hutchins, Texas, at which time the following items will be discussed and considered.

1. 1.The City Council will convene into executive session pursuant to Section 551.071(1) of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the following pending litigation: Paul Hobin V. City of Hutchins, Texas and Fire Chief Stacey Hickson, Cause No. 3:23-cv-01298-L, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
