11.New Business:

1. Discussion/Liquor License Request/Stoney Point Grill/2031 Ridge Road:  After discussion, if the Board is in favor of granting the request for a liquor license to Stoney Point Grill, staff should be directed to prepare an ordinance to increase the allowed number of Class 4A liquor licenses by one, and to issue a permit for outdoor sales. The ordinance will be agendized at a future Board meeting, once the petitioner successfully completes the application requirements for a Village of Homewood liquor license and permit for outdoor sales.
