Commission Meetings will be held as in-person meetings. In addition to in-person public comment during the meeting, members of the public may submit written comments by email to pzc@homewoodil.gov or by placing written comments in the drop box outside Village Hall. Comments submitted before 4:00 p.m. on the meeting date will be distributed to all Commission members prior to the meeting.

  1. A.Public Hearing for Case 26-51: Special Use Permit approval to allow the operation of a members-only wellness retreat center (classified as an indoor commercial place of assembly) in the B-2 Downtown Transition zoning district at 18148 Martin Avenue.

  2. B.Public Hearing for Case 26-48: Variance from Table 44-03-01 Bulk and Dimensional Standards to allow an increase in maximum impervious surface coverage in the R-1 Single Family Residential zoning district for a swimming pool and concrete pad. 

  3. C.Public Hearing for Case 26-52: Special Use Permit approval to allow the operation of a healthcare career school (classified as an indoor commercial place of assembly) in the B-2 Downtown Transition zoning district at 1820 Ridge Road

  4. D.Public Hearing for Case 26-47: Zoning Text Amendment to consider addition of commercial uses as permitted accessory uses within non-commercial places of assembly in Village zoning districts
